Clean-room production

 In the form of our clean-room, we have the facility of offering you small parts assembly with subsequent packaging under laboratory conditions.

Classification to the old ISO standard:
Air purity class:   5
Particle size:   > 0.5μm at 450,000 parts/m³

Classification to the new ISO standard:
DIN EN ISO 14644-1
ISO classification:  ISO Class 7
Particle size:  > 0.5 μm at 352,000 parts/m³
Currently the clean-room is used largely for the particle-free completion of syringe preliminary filters, which includes the welding of various membranes.
