Plastic injection moulding
DIA-Nielsen injection-moulded components stand for high versatility, quality and reliability.
Our speciality consists of small and medium-sized precision plastic components made of various thermoplastics, which can if necessary be combined with our insert technology/hybrid technology. For special applications, the injection-moulded parts can be transported direct from the machine into a clean-room for further processing. We operate a wide range of modern Arburg injection-moulding machines for small to medium shot weights and 6 - 130 tonnes closing force.
The range of our manufacturing capabilities extends from prototypes to production runs in the millions. This capacity is available both for our own requirements, as well as for you as a partner or external customer.
We currently process the following types of plastics:
| PP | Polypropylene |
| PC | Polycarbonate |
| PA | Polyamide |
| PS | Polystyrol |
| POM | Polyoximethylene |
| PMP | Poly-4-Methylpentene-1 |
| PMMA | Polymethylmethacrylate |
| ABS | Acrylnitril-Butadene-Styrol |
| HDPE | High Density Polyethylene |
| LDPE | Low Density Polyethylene |
| TPU | Thermoplastic Polyurethane |
| ETFE | Ethylene-Tetrafluorethylene |
| fibreglass-reinforced thermoplasts filled thermoplasts (e.g. talcum) |
Insert technology/hybrid technology
Below you will find an illustration of an example of a series product produced by us; and all-round injection-moulded syringe preliminary filter for sample preparation in analysis procedures. Insert technology means the insertion of plastic or metal components, which are then injection-moulded into plastic, thereby forming an inseparable bond.

Do you want a separable connection or the subsequent assembly of different elements (outsert technology)? The capacity of our internal small parts assembly is readily available to you. In this case, and depending on the application of your product, these can be assembled under normal production conditions, or separately in our clean-room with subsequent sterile packaging.
