Bending and forming technology

DIA-Nielsen has for many years been producing small precision mechanical components in small and medium numbers. The application areas cover a wide range of sectors. For example, we have developed thermo-scribers for measurement technology or elements for the fixing of cotton swabs for the automation industry (as illustrated). The processing procedures for the manufacture of products in bending and forming technology cover the following areas:

• Turning
• Stamping
• Bending
• Stamping and bending
• Embossing

For this work, we have qualified employees available, together with various watchmakers’ turning machines and our own stamping and pressing equipment developed in-house.
