Tools for plastic injection moulding

In the design and production of plastic injection moulding tools, our production capabilities range from simple and cost-effective 2-plate tools with manual mould removal to ultra-modern and complex, fully-automatic injection moulding tools with needle-closure systems, hotrunners and intensive cooling for large-series production.

The maximum dimensions of the tools are around L*W*H 400mm*400mm*320mm.

It is important for us to find out what type of tool represents the best value for money for you. Your requirements on complexity, accuracy, surface properties and volume decide on the type of tool, and ultimately the price.

The tools are manufactured completely “in-house”, before being tested and adjusted on our or your injection moulding machines. We also offer you the facility, after manufacture of the tool, of having your products produced and processed direct in our 3-shift plastic injection moulding shop.
